We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most international destinations.

Our fulfillment network automatically routes your order to the nearest facility for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

Each order is made on demand and processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times by region:

USA: 3–6 business days

Canada: 6–10 business days

UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email with live updates from our fulfillment partners.

We stand by our products. If your order arrives:

Misprinted, damaged, or defective

Incorrect (wrong item, color, or size sent)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at apexaesthetic.store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or full refund.

🚫 Non-returnable situations:
We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

The wrong size was ordered

You changed your mind

There’s normal wear and tear after delivery

Orders are delayed due to postal or customs issues


Each item is custom printed for you — we do not stock pre-made inventory.

🕐 Refund process:
Once your claim is approved:

A replacement will be shipped to you at no cost, or

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. At least two photos (front and back)

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

Once an order is in production or shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

Yes — all Apex Aesthetic apparel follows U.S. standard sizing.

We recommend checking the Size Chart on each product page before ordering.
