🧾 Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We stand by our products. If your order arrives:

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, color, or size sent)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The wrong size was ordered

  • Change of mind

  • General wear and tear after delivery

  • Orders delayed due to postal service or customs

Each item is custom printed for you — we do not stock pre-made inventory.

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be automatically shipped to you at no cost, or

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
